this DQ is the most rude DQ I have been to. 1 there customer service what customer service! We paid for a basket of onion rings, and got basically a small order thrown in a box not even covering the bottom then got told this was 10 ounces.

they treated us like we were stupid! we got home weighed it ,and guess what 7oz and that was with the box weight. all and all they give you less food for your buck then anywhere else even other dq franchise! how I think they could have made my experience better is better customer service when complaints are brought to there attention. not short changing your food that you paid for might help.

went in and ordered the new fudge brownie temptation and i was pretty disappointed at what i received it was like i got a plain as day waffle bowl i barely saw any fudge on it so i called to see what the deal was and was told it only comes with an ounce but i didnt see an ounce on it it only had one chunk of fudge on it so i was pretty mad because i paid $4.00 for that and they offered to give me another one but for that no way it might get on my nerves so they can keep their cheap waffle bowls they are stingy : (
