We have stayed here in the past, and have come to realize that this property is under New management now and they have been doing a GREAT job to fix up the place. I have read a lot of reviews that are very misleading. This Motel 6 is by far the best place to stay at for the value! They may not have the little extras like shampoo/conditioner/lotions or breakfast. But I am assuming thats how they keep the rates low. They do have Wifi, and serve coffee in the lobby. Iron and boards, as well as hair dryers are also available for barrow. We stayed for a week during the Benton-Franklin County Fair and the pool was very nice & clean. They also have a guest area with vending machines and washers and dryers that came in handy! The staff was very helpful with directions and recommendations. We will definitely be coming back to stay again!

It was one of the worst places I've ever stayed.The carpet in my room was filthy.I was there on business with my wife and for the two weeks we were there we only got maid service twice.My wife had to chase down the maid every day to get clean towels so we could shower.The police were there at least once daily,if not more.The management did not care what went on there,so if you are looking for drugs or prostitutes then this is the place to stay.
