I took Kona there and they were very nice to me and my dog. They even put a cool bandana on my dog after what I call her "Puppy Spa Day". Kona liked them, I liked them. I can recommend them, and i will return.

I, like the one previous reviewer followed Chris to PupTown. I have had nothing but good experiences with Chris. She treats my dogs with the love and attention I know she treats her pets. She is a true animal lover. Her customer service to her human cliental is also above board. She is friendly, polite and listens to any concerns you might have about your pets grooming experience. I really felt the need to write this review because the negative one I read here on Yelp is just not even close to the multiple experiences I have had with this groomer (Chris).

I followed Chris to her new business. My pup does not begin to shake or pull away when we go to Chris. My pets know Chris and more important, trust her. She grooms the way I ask and Pup Town grooming is always clean. Well behaved pups are allowed to play instead of being caged. What more can I say, I wouldn't take Donny anywhere else.

Neglectful, disrespectful, argumentative, condescending. I cannot with a good heart give a recommendation at this time.
