Provided by YP.comWorst service,the pharmacist craig smith will stereotype you. I'm a 31 year old college student who has tattoos. I have Crohn's disease and am going through a few surgeries at the time. I've been on pain medication for years and have never gone up in dose,after my first surgery my doctor gave me a little bit more pain medication on top of what I'm taking . The pharmacist after he violated my hippa rights by yelling my medical information out loud then violated my Ada rights by refusing to fill my on time legitimate prescription. I've never been treated so bad for trying to fill my prescriptions. I've already reported him and hopefully things will change. Nobody should be treated like this especially for having medical problems.
