I was disappointed with my experience. Good location and everything and Tully's coffee was good, just the service was poor. Seemed to be badly trained or just disorganized, but it took a long time to get my drink, the girls weren't very friendly either. The coffee however, was decent. I feel that it might be worth your time to check it out, if it's on your way, but be forwarned it is very SLOW
