Will never go back as I got nothing more than my toes painted and a hot towel thrown over my legs for a pedicure ,oh yes my feet sat in the spa for 1 1/2 hrs. while he did other customer. No massage or lotion on feet or legs. I cancelled the manicure and left .

I just moved to the area and was looking for a nail tech that I could go to every few weeks to get a gel manicure done. I made an appointment and the owner (I believe his name is Kevin) showed up and did not open the store until 20 minutes past my appointment time. This should have been the first red flag.
On top of being 20 minutes late, this was one of the worst gel manicure experiences I have ever had. My polish started cracking within a few hours of getting them done and started to peel back within a few days. It looked and felt like a regular top coat was used instead of a gel top coat. On top of that, it took almost 2 hours for him to do my nails because he kept going back and forth between me and one of his long time customers.
All and all, I am extremely disappointed in the quality and customer service that this salon provided. They could have had a repeat customer every 2 weeks. Now I would not even suggest this location to a stranger.
