Cress has been my only propane provider since installation, and I'm on auto-delivery. It's January 5th, the coldest day of the year so far. They got a new computer system in November, and their auto-delivery customers got left in the cold. I woke up today to no heat, why?? NO PROPANE!! Their customer service department, who's trying as hard as they can, first told me they'd deliver tomorrow. I'm 63, disabled, live alone, and have no place to go. I just got a call that they would deliver today, and they have, 4 phone calls later. I suggest a new IT company. 2 1/2 months of computer issues, and you haven't figured it out yet?? How much business did you lose? How much overtime are you paying your drivers?? How overworked are your customer service reps?? A note to your customers in November would have solved this problem. I would have contacted you then, and none of this would have happened.

Very quick to respond to calls, keep my tank full, fair prices (I use them for my pool heater only, not my main source of heat)
