Founded in 1977 by Bill Elliott, Bay Ship & Yacht, is one of the leading shipping companies on the West Coast. Headquartered in Alameda, Calif., the company also has a boatyard in Richmond, Calif., and specializes in repairs of cargo vessels, tankers, tugs, barges, ferries and fishing vessels.
