Not in my case. I was assured that they will deliver my documents on time but they did not. I paid about 48 dollars to be delivered over night, but it took 3 days and they delivered on Monday instead of Saturday. The nice staff is here in MO, but not sure about IL, they made a note they there was an attempt to be delivered. I could have paid 10 dollars instead of 48 dollars. Now it is pointless that my papers are in Chicago.

I found the staff in this store to be very friendly and helpful. I went in to have some documents scanned and emailed to me, but when I got home to retrieve the email I was unable to save the document the way I needed to save it. I called the store the very next morning as soon as they opened; the man who answered the phone remembered me from the night before and was able to pull my documents up, rescan them and resend them to me in a matter of minutes. This truly saved my day!
