I have had a great experience with HARTS HOME CARE they have been a reliable and carrying provider who has gone the extr mile to be sure i am taken care of . i have heard nothing but good things from my friends who sent me to them when i was unhappy with my old care provider. I seen a bad review on this and i think they may not have their facts all together but all can't be satisfied all the time. if you want a good care giver service you call Ms. Tammy at HARTS and she will take care of you..

Do not use this company. The person running it has no idea what home care is about or how to take care of patients & their families. Office workers and caregivers don't do their jobs and lie about it when they are caught.

The caregivers don't care, do the bare minimum or less, & are almost always late or don't show up without so much as a phone call. The office staff does not call to explain changes and they send us a different person everyday, so have to teach a new person everyday what our son needs and how to handle it. The company knows he has to be lifted, yet they send us people that either refuse to lift him or are 8 months pregnant. Most of the caregivers they have sent us have no idea what this job entails and don't want to do some aspects of it.

The company's idea of training is a stack of papers and saying 'hurry up and sign this'. Many of them don't even know what the Health Insurance Portability & Accountability Act (HIPAA) is or how it pertains to privacy and their job.
