The insurance covered work we had done on my wife's car was completed with with first class professionalism, timeliness and reliability. Personal Touch has done this before, we expected the same and again they delivered. What has just astounded us is the above and beyond expectations that happened next. Personal Touch delivered the finished car to our home, we parked it in the garage and it would not start again. As fate would have it, the battery died. The next business day, Personal Touch came back to our home, jumped the car took it back to their shop diagnosed confirmed we needed to replace battery. We purchased a replacement battery from their competitor. Personal Touch drove to their competitor collected the battery, installed the battery then delivered our car back to our home. We have other cars, we could have done all that run around ourselves,there is an expense there, time, personal, driving cost. Personal Touch charged us ZERO. There are choices to make with this type of work there are not businesses that make the kind of commitment that Personal Touch makes. They manage their business as if they were your next door neighbor. A million stars for Personal Touch, they earned it.

They have great customer service, very freindly staff. I was very impressed with their quality of work, they spent countless hours getting the right color to match the custom paint I have on my truck. I had them repair some pealing paint on my dashboard and when I saw their final work I was amassed on the color match and detail they spent getting it right. I will continue to refer them to everyone I meet that is looking for a body shop.
