Don't use as a realtor or rental management company. Why? Dishonest, illegal practices, and treat people like they are garbage. I hope this office gets shut down or sued. This is the worst realtor office I ever required services from. MILITARY BEWARE!!!!!!!! Good luck getting return phone calls and honest service from this office. You have been warned. Much like a used car salesman, as soon as you sign the dotted line, they are finished with you. Too bad 1 star is required. I give them a ZERO!

In my last ten years with the military this has been the worst that we have worked with.we do not recommend this realty because the realtors professional competence level is extremely low! Be aware they will try to make you sign a lease and take your money before they give you a chance to fully view or inspect the properties. the realtor took our money and had us sign a lease and moved us into a house infested with thousands of roaches!it took about four weeks to get rid of all the roaches and the realtor did not want to reimburse us for our expenses. Now they are not willing to address and correct a safety issue with the house!unprofessional, inconsiderate realty!military and civilians beware I have seen this richmond hill agency do renters especially wrong!

Bad agency with reps that do not care about their renters. Agency is a sLum 0 star agency that is Only after money.
