Provided by YP.comGiving them one star is really a stretch, and it's only because I can't rate them 0 stars. My son was abused in the toddler room under their care, and when I pulled him out, they instantly kicked my daughter out along with him and told me that she didn't have a place there because I was costing them business by warning other people. They are VERY unprofessional. One of the directors has a history of sleeping with children's dads. The 3 main directors in there are catty, petty, full of drama and talk badly about parents AND children behind their backs. They are rude and snotty. They hire high school kids with no experience or professional background to watch the children. They go through employees more often than they go through underwear. They will tell you absolutely anything to keep your paychecks coming in every month. Unfortunately I learned that the hard way and gave them one too many chances. Do NOT take your kids to PALS. Please. For their own safety.
Side note: The review from Dusty B. below is from a part of the owner's family, so of course he's going to stick up for the business and point fingers at other reviews.

Provided by YP.comAn AWFUL place for children to attend. They are super cheap & just want your money. Kids are always sick, there are always new employees in and out that don’t care about the kids. The kids here are mean to each other and have ZERO respect towards anyone. I’ve seen them hit and kick teachers. One of the ladies up front is completely fake, she always sounds overly cheery, however I heard her talk rudely about a parent who had a concern for her child. She thinks everyone is below her and she needs a reality check because she acts very unprofessional. Also the place is not very taken care of, there are broken fences that can easily hurt the children. They need to be reported to state due to all the dangers around the building. Also they leave high schoolers alone in class rooms with children, but according to state you have to be at least 18. Half the staff seems like they’re under 18 & still in school. I suggest finding another daycare with better quality and care!! This place deserves no stars

Provided by YPmobile"TRUTH"...Is a strong word. ..when you believe in it. But when you lie to hide the truth, deceit comes in to play. I as a grandparent want my children and grandchildren to get every bit of proper care that is needed. I took care of my own children when they were younger before they got in school. Nowadays young parents don't have that choice. They have to depend on responsible individuals who are qualified to care for their children and do it right. I am the grandmother of the 2 year old that got sick. That parent that got accused of lying is my son in law. He had every right to have his say. This same 2 year old... (my grandson), a few months prior, supposedly, according to the staff..suffered a possible seizure when he passed out. Guess who his grandmother was....a 911 operator for Bryan County. I worked that day. ...not one time did I receive a call to send E.M.S. to check on him. The majority of this staff gets background checks for daycare at the Sheriff's department. These are young kids out of school. Tell me. .who was qualified as a DOCTOR to tell my daughter, his mother, that it was a seizure but no need to call for help. My own autistic son has had seizures and E.M.S always responded. It's not a matter I take lightly. YOU WANT TRUTH? Begin with yourself and your daycare. The one star i have to put up means nothing. Thankfully my grandson was pulled from your daycare and he is getting excellent care from people who are experienced. My daughter is happy.

Provided by YPmobileI find it comical when I read a review like the one below. People resort to name calling and spreading lies, especially when several hundred other parents are in the very building being mentioned yet still bring their children there. Speaking of bringing their children it's funny how it's so bad yet the gentleman below still continued to bring their child there, what would that say about you as a parent? Or is the more likely truth maybe someone isn't being truthfully. My children have been at this facility since they were babies and I assure you these statements are out right lies. I am not sure of his agenda but it's clear being truthful is not one of them. It is not possible for a place that is inspected on a regular basis could be in the state you mention and still stay open, but hey who needs logic when you can just make stuff up?

Provided by YPmobileECOLI! My 2 year old was diagnosed with ecoli from unsanitary conditions, being left in a constant state of filth, fecal matter and urine. There is no standards at this facility (if you call it that), quality of the staff is a joke who do not meet or qualify for the job (see www.decal.ga.gov), read their on site evaluations which are never in compliance. The staff who were decent were ran off by the tyrant who is the daughter of the owners, and who is more worried about cleaning fish tanks instead of the facility or acting as a responsible owner by ensuring safety and well being for the children who are left in their care, for a hefty fee I might add. The children are miserable looking, constantly filthy and covered in dirt, left in soiled diapers (urine and/or feces), and the staff does not ensure hand washing (again see above website) after diaper changes etc. The state of the facility is not only disgusting but it's unacceptable. It always smells of feces, overflowing or unoperational restrooms, filthy classrooms and cafeteria. This place is literally a 3rd world country. Due to the deplorable conditions the children are constantly sick and ill, to include other reported cases of ecoli, where parents removed their children from the toxic waste dump known as pals.

Provided by YP.comI read this from another posted and laughed out loud. "PALS is a state of the art facility with controlled entry for the safety of the children."
State of the art?? Compared to a camper living with no electricity or running water, yes. The place smells like crap all of the time. The staff is uneducated and does not interact with the kids unless they are changing diapers. Also, don't share any personal information or they will share it with other families, without your consent. Just a disgusting place where lazy people go to work,

Provided by YP.comI find that you get what you pay for. My grandchildren, all of them, have attended PALS and my children and I could not be happier with the staff and the owners. You can't please everyone and the parents that complain are the ones that are looking for someone to raise their children. PALS does an wonderful job of teaching our babies while we the parents/grands have to work! Keep up the great work. My family loves you! P.S. I love the web cams!

Provided by YPmobileThis place is all about the money. My children stayed sick. I even watched them change my son while he stood up. They cannot keep any staff worth anything.

Provided by YP.comi am extremely happy choosing Richmond Hill PALS for my child. He loves the all the office staff and his teachers, he wakes up wanting to go to school. I find everyone who works there friendly and helpful. Any questions I have are answered and if they do not know the answer at that moment they will find the answer for me and have it when i pick my son up in the afternoon . The rooms are a great size and the web cam access is awesome! My child has learned so much since being there the staff really does work with the kids. I looked at a few other centers in Richmond Hill and I am pleased with PALS. I recommend anyone looking for a daycare to choose PALS you will not be disappointed. :)

Provided by YP.comBEST daycare around! My husband and I had our oldest child enrolled at another daycare in Richmond Hill for about 2 months. Everyday was a constant battle when we arrived. We dropped him off and picked him up the same everyday, in tears :( So we went to PALS and I can honestly say the first day we dropped him off it was a completely different experience. Smiles and already intereacting with the teachers from the minute he stepped into the classroom. The tears were over and he actually napped! The web camera feature is definitely a plus because if I can't check up on them my mother can all the way from Ohio! How cool is that?!?! The teachers are sweet as can be and thorough when tending to the children. The owners always handle any questions or concerns we have, which was rare. Our little boy loves Mr. Rusty as do we! And in response to the earlier reviews... you can not make everybody happy I guess.. but we could NOT be more happy! We are pregnant now with our second baby and know where she will be attending come September. Even if we have to pay to hold her spot! :)

Provided by YPmobileOmgosh where to start. First ill be fair and say my 5th grader who went after school loved it there I won't give you the long story but don't be fooled by the nice building and webcam feature. Actually look how these Children and providers behave and interact My daughter went there for about a month(the last couple weeks were forced to uphold the contract I signed) it broke my heart every time I left her. They have different people every time I drop off/pickup, all the children are just left on the floor or in cribs and all are usually screaming. There is NO structure,no playtime. Basically they feed, change your child. My baby became withdrawn and her personality demenished drastically! The teachers have said a couple very inappropriate things and other children in the room and I say one of the babies pullin the hair of a screaming baby and the teacher looked at me and shook her head an said her mom(the screaming child) spoils her too much!! There were many more instances. We finally gave our notice after my daughter caught pneumonia and after missing a week and being cleared by the doctor, they called because they said she had a103 temp. We rushed there,no temp(which couldn't have just gone away and never came back in the 10 minute drive) they allow just late enough so we couldn't bring her the next day also. But they still billed me the whole week. The owners are about the rudest people I've encountered along with the family members that work there.one of the you girls, she look about 11, works there. I'm not paying for an 11year old to watch my child!!! So We enrolled her in The Children's Village and after only a couple weeks she is happy, smiling. She has started blowing kisses and cried the other day and reached for the teacher as we were leaving! It turned Out to be less expensive also because the have a military reimbursement through NACCRA(? Spelling might be off)

Provided by YP.comNot only is this place fithy, the staff is rude and unhelpful. My infant was enrolled for almost a full month, but he stayed sick the ENTIRE duration of his stay. One of his last days at "PALS" the teachers "forgot" to feed him. Conveinantly, the cameras are ALWAYS down. I agreed with PISSEDOFFMOM...don't waste your time OR your money. IT is funny the WONDERFUL 5-STAR reviews are all within a few days of each other if not on the same day. Keep your smartboards! I want my baby WELL cared for!

Provided by YP.comThis place is run like a zoo! Children do NOT get the care and attention that they need and deserve! The teachers are unqualified and know nothing about what children really need. The owners grandchildren are the only kids to get attention. PALS is by no means Playing and learning specialists. Its funny how all the previous reviews were from the same day. Please do not waste your time here.

Provided by YP.comMy son is now a student at this daycare, he was going to another daycare in Richmond Hill and I thought it was fine until I noticed my son was not acting like himself and acting out at school. I chose to pull him out of that daycare into Richmond Hill Pals. He is now literally the happiest 2 year old around. He talks more, he knows his letters and colors. This daycare is staffed with great child care teachers that actually like their jobs. They have more room than any daycare in Richmond Hill. The facility is so clean. And any time I want I can look in on my son....and when I do look in I see him so playing and interacting with other kids. I am more than happy with this daycare, I am thankful for it because as far as I'm concerned there is no other day care in the southeast that provides quality child care like Richmond Hill Pals.

Provided by YP.comMy children have been enrolled in PALS since July. We love the teachers and the care the staff provides. The owners are friendly and make us feel like family. The facility is remarkable! It is always clean and it reminds me of a mini school. The children have educational toys, Smart Boards, computers, and a very entertaining playground. When looking at daycares, PALS stood above all the rest. They are truly specialists in playing and learning. I would recommend them any day.

Provided by YP.comPALS is a state of the art facility with controlled entry for the safety of the children. PALS have smart boards and spacious learning areas in the classrooms for the children. The Staff members are friendly and are very helpful. Pals also provides the parents with a password so that they can view their child during the day via webcam.
Excellent choice if you need childcare.

Provided by YP.comWe looked into and toured many preschool facilities in Richmond Hill, and Richmond Hill P.A.L.S really stood out above the rest. It was an easy choice!
