Car broke down at an intersection and called my Statefarm roadside assistance, which sent this tow company. Time of arrival was to be 10:46am and driver called 20-25 minutes early to say he was at the location where my car was. He was unprofessional in his tone and said that I needed to hurry up to meet him there & how long would I be. Rude! Definitely will not ever use this company again. Customer Service needs improvement.

Best towing company around. I was kept up to date with every step involving my car being towed and getting it back running. Best customer service you can find in this field of services. Very satisfied with all of their services and rates. Haven't had this good of luck with Gordon's Towing, and also Davo Towing. Would only recommend Sammi's Towing and Service Center.
