Absolutely loved this place. I came home to visit. Looking to get a thigh piece before I went back to California and they exceeded my expectations!

I got my eyebrow pierced here on 13/2/15 and Pete Did a great job and It only cost me 40$ It was well worth it to I really love it. Very friendly people to. If you stay anywhere near Richmond Hill I really recommend going here to get your piercing done.

I called Pete's at 7:30 asking if they would be able to fit two small tattoos in before 10:00 pm, the time their website said they closed. The guy who answered the phone was not only rude, but he told me they close at 9, not 10 like advertised. He said he definitely would not have time to do two tattoos (one was a cover up), especially not a cover up before he had to be gone at 9. I asked how he knew, even though we had our design, how long it would take. I then said it sounded like he REALLY didn't want to do our tattoos, so he obviously did not want our money. I will find someone who actually cares about customer service and making customers happy to tattoo me instead of having someone who half @$$es it. Thanks a lot, guys
