I purchased a vape product that cracked when I went to fill it. It still has the original coil. The employee patronized me by showing that another could be opened without shattering the glass. Of course, that one was not the faulty one that I was returning. He claimed that I must have broken the glass another way. I've used a different vape for 3 years until I bought this one to replace it. I've never dropped a vape or broke glass before. I was not offered any return, discount on another, or any other option. As a first time customer here, I purchased this vape upon recommendation by the manager. I would have hoped that this shop would have stood by their merchandise.
