This is a letter that I received from a dear customer.

My husband and myself are senior citizens living in Lewisburg, OH. On 3/2/17 we had wind and rain damage to our home, also interior damage to a new recliner chair and carpet. Prior to our damage, we have a family also in Lewisburg neighborhood that had a beautiful new roof put on their home by a contractor Jim Herbolt, at no cost to them. I contacted Mr. Herbolt, he met with my insurance company on 3/16/17, the claim was filed that day.Mr. Herbolt began installing our roof on 5/12/17 and completed it on 5/15/17, also at no cost to us. My roof is also beautiful.
Our insurance company paid for my new roof plus payment for a new recliner and carpet restoration.
Our contractor and his crew are very professional, and it was a pleasure to know that there are people like Mr. Herbolt, is dedicated to his customers.
