I've done lots of business with Dan here since they opened but after today I will never be back. My daughter pawned a rifle and went to pick it up today. It is due out tomorrow. Due to hold on back ground check they won't give it back to her till Thursday, won't let her pay pawn out to pick it up when she clears and not be assessed next month pawn fee, and won't wave the 50 monthly pawn fee that will be charged tomorrow. If they won't bend a little to help a customer with something not the customers fault, then my money will never enter their pockets again.

Best pawnshop in town that gives fair prices for items being sold and bought. Always willing to find a solution and work with customers. Great place to check out every now and then!

Dan's is the best place to go if you are trying to sell/pawn anything in Richmond! Everywhere else acts like you don't matter and you are an inconvenience, but Dan's is ALWAYS friendly and welcoming. They make you feel like they are happy to have your business, unlike Wade's or Richmond Pawn. I would recommend Dan's to anyone!
