Horrible experience! They told use it would take one week to install a heat pump and duct work in. Dec 2016. It's May 2017 and still does not work. I've made 5 payments on a $10200 system and it has never been running. They tell us they are coming back and then never show up and don't call to cancel. Many calls and texts to them have gone unanswered or they tell us they will get back to us but never do. Have missed several days work waiting around for them to show. It took them over a month to install most of ducts and they still are not finished with all of it. They only work from 11-3 daily if they did show up. They never came back to hook up the unit to electric, finish duct work, run drain lines, install thermostat or install vent covers. It's the absolute worst experience I've ever had with a business. They left a big mess for us to cleanup and never took any trash of theirs with them. I definitely would not recommend them. Filed a complaint with BBB and plan to dispute the financing they signed us up for since we definitely did not get what we paid for.

Great company, with fast repair of my mothers heat pump. We live out of state and called them to take care of the situation. I couldn't be happier.
