I received screw kit that claimed to be oem replacement and is missing 2 screws to keep rear hatch trim cover attached to rear hatch on 1984 Firebird. I emailed and informed them.



They didn't care. I asked them to notify the manufacturer so hopefully they change the kit so others are not impacted. They didn't care.



I have lots of restoration work ahead, on multiple vehicles. How disappointing. I followed up with 2 different emails asking if they had reached out to manufacturer. Both emails were totally ignored. That is really rude. All I was doing is following up to see if they informed manufacturer of improvement that they could make and to see if the manufacturer could send TWO 10 cent screws for me so my car is not flopping plastic parts around. I paid like $50 for this screw set.



They don't care...

Spedifics:



I am adding the new screws to the 1984 Firebird and discovered item J should have 6 screws, not 4. I still have one of the original screws and the head is also smaller and thread the same diameter but shorter. I have attached a picture.

Can I have the 6 correct screws sent or 2 additional screws for item j?
