I have been to Gwen's multiple times over the course of the last few years. Each time everyone is so friendly and knowledgable. I love everyone at Gwen's! I will always shop at Gwen's!! Everyone is so nice, they are like family!

Terrible experience. Buying a engagement ring should be a fun, exciting time but it was awful. They do not stand behind their jewelry, if anything goes wrong they will try to blame it on the customer and make them pay out of pocket even when they have the jewelry insured. The employees are very unprofessional and never seem to be on the same page. The owner is not much better. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
