Stay away!!! We had a family fish chicken and shrimp meal about 1 month ago. Got home bit into chicken and it was RAW. I called. Mgr. Said they would send me coupons for free meal including drinks and dessert. Well..... they never came. So I called earlier todau. No problem. Come pick it up its on the books. So I arrive @7:10. At 7:45 I am still there waiting.... then they only replaced the chicken!!!!

I have managed restaurants before and you never treat customers this poorly. They leave you sitting there with no explanation of what is going on. In this case ignoring me will



make me go away. Forever

Don't they know that I could have reported them to the health dept.? And possibly sued??? Don't waste your money or TIME.

Eat inside. Took 30+ minutes to get my food only to discover a hair in the macaroni and cheese

I was very clear on the speaker to the girl that I wanted the chicken ciabatta sandwich. I pull away after paying only to bite into fish which I'm allergic to. I turned around in the parking lot only for the same girl to blame her head set and say I'll get the manager. He then comes from the back with his tattoo self and said what's up. I said what's up is I got fish when I was very clear to her that I wanted chicken and I laid the sandwich on the counter. He said well I need your receipt I said I didn't bring it in I brought you the food he was smart mouth and said well I need it. I said wow keep your sandwich and your money. Not one SORRY CAME OUT OF THEIR MOUTHS. Being a district manager myself of a restaurant all this was appalling to me. I will never visit this location again. Rude and unapologetic that they could kill someone. Just need that receipt. Wow. Retraining is advised. Thank you.
