it would tell people the truth, that you do not back up Pay Pal accounts linked to your bank that have been hacked. Instead you let them clean out what little we had plus now owe you on top of it. 11 years of banking with you and this is what they say " you should monitor it more closely" BEWARE of you have a PAY PAL account linked here, you will find yourself SOL if you get hacked.
