Had motor mount replaced on for $101 less than another place that gave me a quote.

US 25 Tire and Auto is simply fantastic home-town service and prices you can afford!



I priced tires for my '69 F250, and everywhere I went, prices were $1000+, even for no-name, low-mileage Chinese tires... A friend told me he got his tires from US 25 Tire and Auto, so I gave them a call (expecting to hear $1200 quotes like everyone else)... WOW, I was surprised! The same, name-brand tires quoted by two "big tire dealers" were $400 cheaper here... I gladly drove the extra distance to get my tires...



I scheduled my service, and even though I arrived a bit early, they got me right in, mounted, balanced, installed, and on my way within an hour (NEVER that fast at the big chains). I couldn't be happier with the service tech's professional attention to detail, and how well they treated my old truck!



Two months later, my son said he needed tires for his Hyundai... I sent him to US25 Tire and Auto... and he saved nearly $200 over "big chain store" quotes... for the SAME BRAND-NAME TIRES!



I'll definitely be going back (and referring all my family and friends) for any future repairs, tires, or exhaust needs!

The road trip that my daughters started yesterday to see their brother, sister in law, and new baby girl became an adventure instead. Car problems began after dinner last night and they were only in Richmond, Kentucky. After phone calls to parents, On-star, and husband the only thing to be done last night was to find a hotel and spend the night. Today would hopefully be better. Long story short it was not. Car trouble continued, holiday weekend, no mechanics on duty at the dealership. The girls stopped to get gas and asked if there was a service station in the area. They were told to go to US 25 Tire and Auto on Berea Road. They got the vehicle in within an hour, found out what part was needed and called to see if the part was available so the vehicle could be fixed. Unfortunately, no part could be found.



As the vehicle was being worked on my granddaughter earned the nickname "Little Bit". She enjoyed the atmosphere, the friendly employees and the toys that they gave her to play with while she waited.



After two and a half hours of waiting, it was determined the vehicle could not be fixed. They advised my daughters how to drive it - do not look at how fast you are going, pay attention to the tach. Do not let it go over 4. My daughters and "Little Bit" headed back north to meet the hero husband to swap vehicles. Just before my daughters headed back north they asked how much they owed for the time taken to try to fix their vehicle. They were told they did not owe ANYTHING!!



So, here I am marketing US 25 Tire and Auto located on Berea Road in Richmond, Kentucky. GREAT PLACE AND HONEST PEOPLE. I cannot say enough about how good it makes me feel that there are people who help others just because it is the right thing to do.

I was driving through going from Atlanta to Chicago when the bearing hub on my truck went. I arrived at about 515pm after leaving the base and asked for help. Bill, the owner, was great and got me in even though he knew it would take a little longer then their regular business hours to get the repair done. John did the work and was professional. The work was quality and I would be a return costomer if I lived in the Richmond / BGAD.area. I greatly appreciate thier service and quality as it got me to my deistination on time at a fair price.
