I had a package that got lost by Amazon, and I was told that it was shipped to the Richmond office by mistake (My package was supposed to have been received by a different office). I called the Richmond office and the "gentleman" on the phone was extremely rude to me, and kept insisting that my package wasn't there, even after I kept telling him what was told to me by Amazon. He just kept repeating himself "That's ridiculous" "You're wrong" "It's not here" "Call the other office."

Needless to say, The Richmond office didn't want to help me out at all, so i had to cancel the package from Amazon and re-order it.

my regualr driver is great but the subs suck so bad with my packages comeing in they will say they are here and they end up still at the post office or in the the dang truck still i have caught them lieing more then a few times even today said out for delivery they came and went no package had to call them the manager said he would check why it was not in my box or why i did not get a card saying to pick it up i am past sick of this crap
