I recently went to the stop and shop at exit 92 in Ct. and the turkey burgers were 3 dollars cheaper than in the Wyoming, RI store. I asked the Wyoming, Stop and Shop front desk why they are so much more expensive. She said because we have no competition and we can charge whatever they wish.
