We have called this company numerous times over debris left behind every pickup day. This weekend a neighbor put a sign on his trash can letting the crew know there was *glass* in his can. Once again, after pick up, we come out to put away the trash cans and there is glass all over the street. My neighbor had to clean up the mess as leaving *glass* all over the street is dangerous. There are children who often play in the street. We may stop recycling because of all the trash they let fly everywhere when collecting. Tried of calling this company about it.

Worst customer service. This individual answering the phone (Karen) was extremely rude and unprofessional. I couldn't believe her attitude when I requested to speak to a manager, which she refused to communicate me with. Worst experience ever.

We have had nothing but positive experiences with Best Trash from the initial call to a recent call to request a larger recycling bin. Their guys are always polite as well. And no, i do not work for the company, I am a resident of CCL.

We have driveway service where they come behind my wrought iron driveway gate to pick up the trash. The new guy kept leaving our gate open, so I called and nicely asked if she could please note my address for them to close the gate. She yelled at me that she is not going to tell them or ask them to do anything and then hung up on me! Surely the owner would be happy to place the note on our account, after all we are paying extra for this service. Nope!!! He is just as bad. If you are not in the mood to be yelled out, treated horribly as a paying customer and hung up on, do not even bother calling this company.

Should rename the company "Worst Trash" The drivers are rude and arrogant and you get no customer service when you call in with a complaint. You have to jump through hoops to get your trash picked up if it is not exactly the way they want it. You now have to take orders from the Trash Company.

Arrogant owner ignored complaint

When contacted with a complaint, owner-Matthew was arrogant and rude to the 28th year resident to the community he services. He is in no way interested to solve the homeowner's problem. As we have been taught, we should always listen to our customers regardless if they are right or wrong and at least try to find a way to solve the problem in a professional manner. Matthew shows no interest in being a positive service provider.
