Terrible, terrible experience. I have never written a review but am especially passionate about the experience we had with Concrete Kote. First, Joe is near impossible to get a hold of and always seems to be " out if town." He completed out concrete floors
in a small home office and within 5 days it was chipping. We called and he FINALLY came to "fix" it, or lack thereof. Not only did it now look worse but his response was, "well, if you just can't live with it, give me a call. I will reimburse you for half." Of course we couldn't live with it, as we take pride in our home and expect to get what we paid for. Needless to say after several phone calls and texts, we have yet to receive our money he promised. Now we have terrible floors and are out $1000. Terrible, just terrible
