I was told by his staff I needed to pay my deductible balance. So fine I had no problem paying the $530.00. So the next day was my appointment I went to my appointment with a check for$530.00 that they asked for and I waited for 1 1/2 hours they asked for me to pay before I went in that's when they told me that their office doesn't take a check of that size. How unprofessional is that why wasn't I told this the day before. The office staff answer to the problem was for me to go get cash and come back. The check was made out to their Doctor. Not Happening!! If they didn't want a check for that amount they should tell you when they are talking to you on phone. So I took back my check and left very angry. They wasted my time. I would never send anyone to this office because it is evident that no one there has any respect for their patients. The Doctor who sent me there was amazed. What Doctors office doesn't want your money. That was the worst doctors office I have ever been in.
