My daughter has been looking for a particular TV stand all over the city. Everywhere she went it was on back order for at least a month. We seen your commercials but haven’t been to the store. I thought I’d call before making the drive to be heartbroken again. I spoke with Esteban and he asked for the item # and confirmed they had it stock. My daughter couldn’t drive fast enough to get there to purchase it before it was sold. She’s looking forward to working with Esteban in the near future for other furniture needs.

Great store and employees...BUT....delivery service is terrible...I purchased furniture back In October 2018 and till this day I have NOT received partial of my delivery! I have been paying on something I don't have for the last 5months. I've wrote 3 emails,, no response. The last thing they told my husband was that it will be delivered on the 15th of March, today is the 22nd and still no call and no furniture. Just very frustrated.

The sales rep and our experience purchasing at the store was good. The problems came at the warehouse customer pickup location. We purchased an item and as it would easily fit in our vehicle we decided for customer pickup at warehouse.
Concerns were:
- Customers are not advised they must first check-in at warehouse office. We (plus others) waited around and then are told to check-in.
- There was one person to load items so a long wait time. Viewing the inside of the warehouse was disturbing. The warehouse is a dark, dingy “dump” and an embarrassment to the company. The parking lot was littered with boxes and trash.
- The staff in the small, messy office and the gentleman who helped us review items and load were customer-oriented and helpful. But I feel sorry for the employees working there.
- Based on the warehouse condition and how furniture is stored, it is unlikely we will shop at Exclusive Furniture again.

As a business owner I know what it takes to be a great sales person. I Had an awesome experience working with Iran, he was very knowledgeable about the products ,vast knowledge of decorating tips, and I never felt like he was a pushy sales person. He listened , and made suggestions, that ultimately help me find the pieces to complete my home. In all honestly I thought I was working with a manager , not a sales rep. I was really impressed with his knowledge and customer service.

Had a very good bedroom furniture shopping experience, our sales person was very professional, even stayed after hours to close me out ��������
