Honestly, please stay away from this place, mechanic manually disabled my engine light and told me my car was fixed. They wouldn't admit they couldn't fix my car after bring back my car multiple times and paid multiple times. The front desk guy said he's the owner and not letting talk with anyone else.



Update: the owner Nik contacted me and agreed to look into the issues, he patiently explained to me the issue and resolve the issue. My car passed inspection, everything's good. Thank you Nik.

Seven months ago I had a bad experience with this place ... but not now! The new manager heard all about it from me and insisted on fixing the problem with my daughter's car. Now I would definitely recommend Good One Automotive in Richmond.
