Provided by YP.comHorrible experience. Don't waste your time, find another cleaners. For the second time they have lost my husband's expensive dress shirts and refuse to reimburse us, telling us that it willl be found...this was 2 months baths ago they lost it.

Provided by YP.comI haven't seen the finished product yet, but if the cleaning is as good as the customer service (I received when speaking with Misty), I'll be in love with our new vendor "Green Clean Discount Cleaners". I need several bedding pcs., window treatments and winter jackets cleaned. After surfing the web in the Richmond/Rosenberg area for hours and calling many cleaners, I am pleased to say this is the best deal in town price wise. Yes, they are having a grandopening, but the prices are so affordable. I can clean all the bedding for the quote from several other cleaners for one piece. Plus, coupons come in the Val-Pack, in your mail to be applied. I inquired what the prices would be after the grandopening and the price change would be penny's on the dollar. I'm excited to find a neighborhood dry cleaner, to handle my household needs, as a professional over the phone with an added personal touch. Give Misty a call. She is very helpful on prices and turn around time of your items. The store has flexible hours and a convenient location too. Now, that's good business... Thank goodness!
1135 Crabb River Rd Richmond, TX 77469 Been taking my clothes to this cleaners since they opened never had any problems, infect I was glad to see a cleaner with rescannable price in the area. Three weeks ago, took my clothes there, picked them and placed in the closet. I only count to make sure there're complete. I opened the closed to select one for work only to find that they were all completely wrinkled, and two of my white pants had turned to brown and shrunk. One of my jackets did not appear to be cleaned at all. It's as if they returned the clothes the way I sent them in. I returned the clothes to be re-cleaned, the lady at the counter, looked at the jacket and said the for them to redo the jacket, the orange tag need to be on it. I explained to her that I took the tags off to wear it only to discover that it was still dirty with stains all over it. The lady declined redoing the jacket. The other clothes all had the orange tags. She looked in the system and said you picked-up your clothes a fews days ago. We can only redo them only if you return them the same business day. This is horrible and the worst I have seen dealing with cleaners. They opened with $1.75 any garment, now it's $1.75 any regular garment, and they obviously changed their cleaners to someone that charges jack to not to clean, but to ruin people's clothes. I hope they leave the neighborhood.
