Hate this place! Everything about my experience was absolutely horrible! I don't usually leave bad reviews but in this case I couldn't help my self. I'm a new mother and my only getaway that I look super forward to is my mani pedi day I get once in a blue moon. So i left my baby by the babysitter and was on a time limit of 1 hour. First of all, I was not greeted at the door, just yelled "how can I help you" from across the room. I asked for mani pedi which estimates about $30 for the combo A very rude and uninterested lady started my pedi chair and the water was freezing cold..and I was never asked if it was fine or my preference. All the tools looks so unsanitary and old. I asked them to start my mani as well but they ignored me. The lady asked if I wanted delux pedi but I said no because a usual regular pedi consists of hot rocks, massage, hot wax, and hot towels anyways. I was only given hot rocks and a lame two minute massage. I asked about the wax and hot towel and she said that's only offered with the delux which is $32 and the regular is $25. That was ridiculous to me because I've gotten my nails done many times to know the standard pricing and what should be offered. ..Lets not forget the standard talking about customers in their own language and other manicurists turning around to look at me..The lady is almost Done with my toes and still no one has even started on my manicure (45 mins have passed) I pay my $25 and get the hell out of there. I'm never going back and want to warn others of my horrible experience.
