Provided by YP.comWe will NEVER use this company again. They came the day I called, however could not fix the gate at the time. When the guy left he said his boss would call me that day. They didn't call. I called every day for 4 days and couldn't get ahold of anyone. Noone answered and their mailbox was full every time I called. They had left our gate completely dismantled with no explanation of when they would be back or even what needed to be done. On the 5th day some1 drove up to our fence and took the arm without even letting us know they were there. Another few calls w/ a full mailbox...a couple days later Mr Olivarez came with a new battery and a new arm and said that it would be $1000.00. We told him to come back the following week after we got paid and he offered to hold onto a post-dated check, which he cashed RIGHT AWAY and overdrafted our account!!! BEWARE OF THIS SCAMMER!!!!!

Provided by YP.com"Olivarez Fence Company is not responsible for cutting any of your underground lines!"
Sure enough, they broke the sprinkler line, a couple of the sprinkler nozzles, and cut the underground phone line. Evem though we have digital cable, the phone line comes into the house and to the cable modem on a separate line, and the phone went dead during the fence installation.
They repaired the sprinkler line and also fixed some issues I had with the new iron gate, but refused to fix the phone line or contact the phone company. Only response was "we're not responsible, its on the contract you signed"
Workers were friendly and cooperative. Clean up was good. Workmanship seems pretty good. But very disappointed with the "fine print" and refusal of responsibility for the phone line. The phone line isn't high tech. It could've been repaired easier than the sprinkler but they cut it and then refuse responsibility.
