Took my dog here since she was a baby and now she is 9 years old. Took her for grooming she was just fine when we picked her up she couldn't stand up by herself. Said no one dropped her well she couldn't walk! Vet said someone roughed her up or dropped her. That was weeks ago she is still receiving treatment ! The least they could have done was tell the truth!!! Will never go there again. Brenda B

Worse place ever. I have taken my 4 dogs to this place for years for grooming. My parents went away for the weekend & took them here for boarding. One of our dogs has arthritis so needs help getting up to eat, drink & go to the bathroom. My parents picked the dogs up & the one with arthritis smelled like pee & her hair was matted all over. When she got home she drank water for 2 hours & had no appetite for 2 days. The staff was not attentive to her needs & didn't have the courtesy to give her a bath before my parents picked up her 4 dogs. Terrible service. Lazy staff. Never again will I take the dogs there for boarding.

The staff was very friendly and both our labs seemed very happy. We have visited other kennels and both dogs had to go at least 5 times in a row when we got them home. We just wanted to thank the staff for loving our dogs like we do.
