This is truly the most poorly managed Pizza Hut I have ever experienced. I only have continued to order from them because they are around the corner from my house and we prefer Pizza Hut's pizza to other chains. I have had 2 times where they just never answered the phone (after being on hold for 10 mins, the line goes dead). Last week I tried to order and was told that I should call back in an hour and a half because they weren't taking orders. Delivery times are typically over an hour, and then they arrive 15 minutes after the promised delivery time. They make a mistake on my pizzas every time, and always have to credit me for the pizza (both a plus and a minus). Everyone in our very large neighborhood has the same opinion...great pizza, horrible customer service.
