The world would be a better place with more Dr. Mandolas.
Been going here for 21 years!

I brought my dog in for an exam a d shots. I got the vaccination special, $45. Went great. In and out, they did not try to sell me anything.

They were up front and honest. Did not try to sell me things I did not want. They gave me options and I made the decisions. Thank you

Very friendly staff and clean place! never had a problem with them, they know how to deal with pet issues..

They are very wonderful and so kind, willing to working with you, really cares and has a sweet spirit.

Very nice staff! Very fast and affordable. Not that busy but clean facility. All the staff answered questions and seemed upbeat.

Everyone was so nice and friendly and they took care of my dog. It is a walk in service and it was not a very long wait. I think this will be our place to take our dogs evertime! Thank you for your services!

I got my mr. Meows fix them there they were extremely professional extremely Hands-On I got there early enough that they took him in the same day I would recommend this Veterinary Clinic to anybody and I'm very protective over my pets I was a little worried about the quality of work that my cat was going to get because of the price being so low but after I got him back all fears and worries were out of the picture I can't stop saying good things about them

Richmond Animal Hospital has cared for our animals for over 20 years with compassion, concern, gentleness, and professionalism. Dr. Mandola is first class-both as a vet & a person. We had to put down our golden due to cancer and Dr. Mandola was kind and compassionate and to me went well beyond what I expected. I truly appreciated the individual care I received going through this and will not take my dogs now and in the future to anyone else. Dr. Mandola is truly the best!!!!!

Absolutely wonderful experience here! I found a stray cat that I needed to get neutered and vaccinated with a price that wouldn't break my bank, and worked along with my very busy work schedule. I called one morning on my way to work, the lady gave me all the details I needed about when I needed to bring the cat in, and how much it would cost. She was sweet and nice on the phone, and made me feel at ease.



I love that they are a walk in facility, that is open early, once again, really helps the people who have 9am-6pm work hours, and I work an hour away, so I need to be able to drop animals off before 8am. So the next morning I took the cat in, and everyone was so nice and helpful. I got to meet the vet who would be doing the procedure on my cat, his name was Dr. Mandola, and he was amazing. He was personable, had a big smile, and made you feel completely at ease. He did a quick inspection of my cat, and what I really appreciated was that I had a few questions about testing for viruses (which would have been an added cost, but most vets will see this as another way to get some more money) and Dr. Mandola gave me the facts, said that at this point the kitten vaccinations were really what were necessary, and if symptoms start to arise we will look into that later, but based on what he was seeing in my cat, there was no need. It was just really nice to have a vet give me the option to do a test, and not try and scare tactic me into it or make me feel bad for not wanting to do it for financial reasons.



Overall, this vet clinic was amazing, and I am so grateful that they are affordable, clean, genuine, and have a wonderfully caring attitude toward both their human and animal clients. This place is one in a million, and I am so grateful I live close to it!!

I have been going to RAH off an on for years. They have all new people who are very kind and helpful with our animal. They let us take a view of the clinic and the kennels. Very nice clinic.

Fluffy had surgery on February 3, 2008 at Richmond Animal Hospital for Bladder Stones.

A simple procedure turned in to a nightmare for both me and my family. Not only did they

miss some of the stones, when brought back on February 6 , 2009 Dr. Mandola took her

for most of the day and stated he would make her better knowing full well she had not

ate at all since the surgery and was getting progressively worse.



On February 8, 2009 Fluffy Fountain was brought in to ABC Animal Clinic. Fluffy

was lifeless, unable to walk on her own,heart rate slow, cardiovascular was dehydrated,

unable to palpate due to abdominal distention, not urinating, temperature 97.3, was barely

responsive. The radiology report showed a stone in the bladder and urethra. Doctor

stated we could put on IV but were no guarantees she would make it through the night.

Fluffy was stabilized and had successful surgery on February 10 and after several days

was back on her feet.
