I have lived here 6 years. We are out in the middle of a cattle ranch. It's quiet here. We now pay $289/mo for our space plus electricity. The WiFi isn't worth much. We do get a commercial version of Direct TV. There is a club house for laundry (kind of smells like mildew),bathrooms and showers (showers $20/mo per family), and a soda machine and mail boxes THAT'S IT. No goodies just country. living. I do my laundry elsewhere.
