RIP OFF ARTIST. Came out as AHS service company to look at pool and spa heater. Didn't even open up tool box or heater and claimed "animal damage" to exclude warranty coverage. Then tried to sell installing a new heater for $3000. Charged the $75 for AHS service fee and left. $75 for 10 minutes--that's his business model.

We got a second opinion for Teksun who came out, confirmed NO ANIMAL DAMAGE. That the heater was fine but that a valve had been installed incorrectly and fixed it for $50! $25 less than the service charge from Hao RIP OFF ARTIST. Stay away and don't trust him!!!!!!

The guy is a liar. Complains about the warranty company that sent him, promises to do make repairs and replace broken parts, and then finds a way to not do the work. I would never, ever use a guy like this. Most of the time he was looking at my pool equipment, he was complaining about how he wasn't going to make much money because of AHS. If they are so bad, why work for them?



I highly recommend finding another pool guy!

Our filter and heater were down. Robert came out and got us up and running. Very professional. We will definitely use him again. Very pleased.
