Terrible service. Lost package and ran me around for three months without standing by their minimum $100 insurance policy. Do not believe that they automatically insure all packages for $100. I had detailed receipts of items shipped and they still denied claim. My package got to final UPS but never out to the person I shipped to. You are better off shipping with post office and buying insurance. The manager of this store never helped at all...kept blaming everyone else.
