Needed a tow and was connected to this company. They said it would be a 90+ minute wait and I wanted to talk to them. I called the given phone and it was a random woman’s PERSONAL PHONE. I found a phone number attached to their website and it went to voicemail with a full mailbox. I found another number on line but I had to PAY A DOLLAR THROUGH PAYPAL just to access the number. I requested a different provider. Avoid at all costs

I needed a quick tow when my car broke down only 1/2 a mile from my home. Unique Roadside is the tow company my insurance company sent to me. I waited in my car for well over an hour in over 100 degree heat and when I saw the red tow truck with the company name on the side they drove right past me. When they turned around they drove past me a SECOND time and then turned back onto the main road. I get a call saying that they couldn’t find me and they were driving away. I even waved at the truck the second time they drove by! My insurance company had to send a second truck with a different company. So disappointed they drove past me twice and then just took off.... Not okay!!! Especially in this heat!!
