Pleased with their service and quality. Have been using them for 2 months and haven't had any bad experience. Personnel is super friendly and great price.

This is the worst dry cleaners I have ever used!!!!!!!! They ruined two articles of mine and when I reported it,the owner was so rude, mean and nasty, I could not believe I was speaking with an owner of a business. They absolutely refused to accept responsibility for damaging my clothes and I evenutually had to report them to the Better Business Bureau and the Govenors Office of Consumer Affairs. The owner still denied liability and offered to pay a measly $20.00 for just one of the items. I can't understand how this person is in business. Do not have your clothes dry cleaner here. My clothes always had the worst smell when they were supposedly cleaned here. Sort of a nasty chemical smell that you cannot get rid of. If you like your clothes returned to you wrinkly, damaged and smelly and also the worst customer service ever if they happen to destroy your clothes, then this is the place for you. I strongly recommend you save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else. I wished I could give them o stars. If you do have problems, report them to the BBB and other consumer reporting agencies.

I dropped some clothes off at 5th avenue cleaners, and they came back looking worse than they did when I dropped them off.



There was a new hole (that the manager told me he "could not see") and the stains did not come out. They did not even bother to iron the pants.



Unless you appreciate a dry cleaning job that makes it look like a three year old did it, I would avoid this place like the plague!

Save yourself the hassle. I dropped some pants off, and they came back looking worse than they did when I left them there!There was a new run and my stains never came out. I spoke with the manager, who was extremely rude, and he stated that "there was no way that they could have caused the damage.In the end, I would recommend going somewhere else. Even though the cleaners are cheaper, you get what you pay for!
