Provided by YP.comThe customer service is terrible. Non-professional. The owner is included in this as I spoke with him and he did not care about my problems or concerns. If I could give no stars I would. The people that work in the office are extremely rude and take no pride in making the customer happy or seeing that problems get resolved quickly.
The client booked a limousine in Richmond. The event went well. When the client received her bill, it included a $53.00 charge for the 30 minutes overtime that she kept the car. The client felt it was our responsibility to tell her that she was in "extra time". We disagree on that point, but in the interest of client service agreed to refund her. That was on a late Thursday night. The refund hit her card at 9:46am on Monday. In between, we received 23 calls from her. Some were angry, some threatened violence, all were hateful and unimaginably ugly. After finding two of our staff people in tears - literally, I personally warned this client that if she called our business again I would call the police. I told her I would be happy to talk to someone else representing her, but not her directly. On Monday afternoon, we received a call from her husband apologizing for her behavior and explaining that his wife is in therapy with some "coping" issues. We wish her well in her recovery.
