Currently forced to be customer. I rent but willing to let the tanks run out before I would spend another dime on them. I left a $55 credit with them after my top off last April un aware that they charge $7.00 a month service fee plus tank lease. Service fee for what? I have called 3 times and been to the office just as many to complain about a tank leak....No one ever came. Today is 11/10/16

After being good customers for eight years, we disconnected service after getting a whole house generator. We followed the company's stated protocols for disconnection, scheduling removal of tanks on the date they specified. When they did not remove the tanks on the date they had established, we called the company to find out when they would be removed. Our new service had been connected, as Mr. Able had scheduled the removal of the tanks, and the tanks sat disconnected on the property. We called, as this appeared to endanger our property, to inquire about when the tanks would be removed. The receptionist, Karen, refused to help, was rude, and unprofessional at best. She presented a very uncaring attitude in the midst of our danger, and would not forward us to anyone that would help. Not only is this kind of service unwarranted, but it is also dangerous in this situation. Would highly recommend another service in this area.
