Provided by YP.comIve worked for this agency and ever since Dallas left it all went to hell from there..some weeks i didnt get paid because of medicaid changing rules which i dont know about anyone else but i wasnt notified but want you to come to work i guess on air since you dont get paid. They front staff is rude and they have animals walking around like its a zoo. I suggest only if you desperate to work and want to be disrespected you should apply here.

Provided by YP.comThis is just a STAFFING agency. They do not have a facility to rate, if they did I am sure it would be rated a 1 star. They get a 1 star because a zero option isn't available. They do not care about the customer, as long as it is STAFFED so they can get their money. No staff means no money for the agency so they bother you to add more time even after making it clear many times you dont! They try as hard as possible to get those Medicaid/Medicare dollars and it is sickening!
During my grandparent's (to save space I will just type GP ) time with this company she has had too many aides to count. One wanted to bargain with her on what she could and couldn't do because she was just too overweight to do her job, the same aide that showed up late (running late must be taught in the training manual as they ALL are always late) EVERY DAY with her Extra Large fast food meal she ate at my GP table.
The other aides would always want to leave early but want my GP to sign off saying they did work they didn't do and worked hours they didn't. Another aide showed up with her gangster friend who tried to sell me marijuana and was mad when I wouldn't buy him beer when he was 19. The aide didn't even stop him!
I live with my GP part-time so I have seen these "aides" pull many things. I will list just a few: taking personal phonecalls (arguing with their boyfriend over child support or god only knows what else) that lasted an hour, have to leave just to run a "quick personal errand" that had the aide gone over 4 hours on multiple times while the government foots the bill (what if my GP was alone and needed medical help?!?), "accidentally" buying personal items at the store out of my GP's money and would have got away if I had not been there. These are stories from multiple aides. There are more, like expecting my GP to help bring in heavy groceries even though she has had many back surgeries but there is a limit to how long you can make these entries. Stay away from this company!

Provided by YPmobileThis Agency was a nightmare to deal with! They were not
professional at all! I would have given them a zero, but it didn't give me that option!
On November 13th my mother was released from the hospital. At Home Care Staffing was contacted prior to her release by her Case Worker from the hospital, to have something set up and in place when she was released. On November 16th the agency sent out a RN to do an assessment. We were to be contacted that day or the following day to let us know when our care provider would start. The next day when they didn't call, we called them to see when the caretaker would be starting. We were told they did not have one available and they were still in the process of finding us one. Everyday we had to call to check on the status, only to be told over and over again they still did not have anyone available. His should have been imformed to the case worker before she was released from the hospital! But, I guess its not their problem!
We were only looking for someone for 5 hours a day Monday through Friday.
On November 19th I had no choice but to seek out another Agency as we had waited long enough and used all our resources up with having friends watch my mom and us missing work, thinking the whole time they would provide us with a caretaker. When I asked them to fax over the information needed for the new Agency to proceed we were told that a 225 form was never opened!!!
I'm not sure if she was being treated that way because she is on Medicaid, I'm sure a private insurance company or a person paying out of pocket for private duty care would have been treated differently. Poor customer service and not professional at all!!!
