Terrible service! I left my necklace for a simple repair that involves just connecting the chain without getting any additional parts, and they couldnt do even this basic action. Plus, nobody even bothered calling me about it although they said they will. I had to go there to see if its ready to find out nothing was done. I am pretty sure they didnt even try to. If you want any jewelry repair and good customer service, don't waste your time in this place!

Terrible place to go to sell any jewelry. He was supposed to hold it for 15 days if you change your mind (this is a law and he even told me about it) but he conveniently "misplaced" or "lost" some of my stuff less than 24 hours later when i realized I made a mistake selling to him and he didn't give me a fair price. How do you lose something in less than 24 hours? It's because he knew he underpaid for it and he probably already sold it himself. Also, he had some of my other stuff already in the cases the sell the next day even though he is supposed to
hold it. I will be reporting this!! Not a good person & such a shame b/c I really liked the shop but will not recommend to anyone but I will be sure to warn everyone I know about him. He even said he would call me about the pieces he lost but of course I never received that call or any offer to reimburse me for his error. Should have known something was up when he never gave me a receipt and took the money right out of his bag.
