My experience going to Bonitas for the first time was excellent with Stylist, Jeame. I started getting used to her and started setting up appointments with her. One day I was talking with one of her clients and the client told me first day she came in she got a free hair trim and her eye brows waxed. I was extremely unhappy, because Jeame never gave me any special being that I seen her every two weeks for the past six months and every single time I used to spend between $20-60 + tip. They tried to jip me twice when my hair was done and I paid. In order to get positive feedback there must always be excellent customer service and all customers should be treated equally.
