Horrible customer service but good flavor. I spent quite a bit of time and money for a personalized cake topper to add a personal touch to our reception. Graham made the decision to leave my cake topper in his bakery during my wedding and reception due to a comment from the florist. Following the wedding, I called Graham to discuss the issues with my cake and cake topper. I was astonished at the horrendous level of customer service that I have received. Graham refuses to acknowledge any wrongdoing with my cake and instead provides excuses that place blame on the florist. I do not like the way he has handled the situation following my wedding. I do not agree with the way he has spoken to me or conducted himself. He quite literally told me that he made the decision to leave the topper at the bakery because he did not want to bother me with a call before the wedding. That was not his decision to make. At the very least he could've brought the topper to the venue so the issue could quickly be fixed, but he didn't. His decision took away a special piece of my reception away from me. I can never get that moment back, and there is no way to re-purpose a cake topper that was not even at my wedding. However, Graham does not seem to care nor show compassion for the affect of his decisions. Proceed with caution when looking at Cakes by Graham, and NEVER take your cake topper there before the wedding.
