I cannot say enough good things about this salon. Jerri Colyer looked at a picture of myself 8 years ago and matched the color better than perfect. I have had nothing but compliments since. The owner Ronnie and the rest of the staff are extremely friendly and never rush you. I endorse this salon 100%.

I discovered Escada when I asked a friend whom was the best hair stylist she ever had and she told me about Ronnie. I have been a customer for several years and always have a very positive experience. This is probably the longest I have stayed with the same salon, usually a dissatisfaction with some service makes me not want to return to a salon but I cannot imagine that happening at Escada. I love the color and cut I get and prices are very reasonable. Before Escada, when my hair reached a certain length, the ends would split and I'd have to get it cut shorter, now it is quite long and in good condition. I usually see Bridget or Ronnie although judging by the work of the other stylists, I would not hesitate to see any one of them.

Best salon experience I ever had! Lyna is wonderful at what she does. She is up to date with the new styles and trends so I don't have to worry when I go in . She usually just tells me what to get. I always feel confident and satisfied when I leave here! Beautiful clean salon as well and very friendly staff. Go see Lyna!

Andrew is the best!!!! He also performs a miracle on my hair. He is a true professional with a natural ability to give an awesome haircut, color and style. Highly recommended

I've moved from salon to salon when tired of the same old cut, but not at Escada. I always get EXACTLY what I want, can rely on their expertise for a contemporary haircut that fits my age and lifestyle. Ronnie runs a tight ship, every stylist is a very skilled professional, the salon is friendly, clean, open and a delightful place to spend an hour!

Lyna just can't give a bad haircut, she's my go to gal when I need a cut or trim.The salon is friendly, highly recommend them.

I trust this salon competely! When I want to do a drastic change or feel I need a "new me" Ronnie and Bridgette are incredible to work with and give me their honest opinions on what will work for my size, face shape and coloring. I highly and often recommend them!

First of all, I have to say that the previous review is ridiculous! There is not one stylist in Escada that is rude, especially Beth! She is one of the sweetest people I have ever met! Seems to me that someone wanted to be mean that day and decided to take it out on an entire salon! Sure hope she doesn't have the nerve to show up again! That being said, Ronnie and the entire staff at Escada are amazing! I always feel welcomed by everyone and have a great time! Ronnie has been my stylist for years and I would recommend him to anyone! In fact, at least 6 of my friends also love Ronnie and the staff. It truly is a wonderful experience each and every time!!! If you want to feel pampered and beautiful call Escada!!!

Beth is a great stylist! Always professional and does her best to meet your needs.

Samoeun is the best! She's so approachable and down to earth. She is very personable and will make you feel very comfortable. She really listens to what you want, tells you what's possible, and how she's going to make your hair dreams come true. I have learned that she has over 12 years of experience and it shows. I'm never going with anyone else! You should definitely give her a call and set up an appointment! You won't be disappointed!

Lyna is a terrific hairstylist! She cut my hair in a new dramatic and fashionable way. She knows the latest styles and always keeps me updated with them. She is sociable and friendly. It is always an enjoyable moment to get my hair done here and with her! Definitely worth it!

Samouen has always done a great job with my hair. She listens to what I would like and adds her advice in it (which turns out to be great). I recommend going to her and this salon because they are very nice, have good atmosphere and are very funny

had done my hair one time after going to the same girl for over 10 years while she was on maternity leave, and I couldn't have been more HAPPY. By accident she became my hair stylist of choice. The color she recommended fit so well on me I will always go back to her. She is very knowledgeable with the latest styles I have been happy with Escada Salon.

After years of going to some of the Richmond/Midlothian area “upscale” salons, I made my first visit to Escada Salon. Wow! I came in with some issues with my hair involving varying degrees of color. Ronnie Parrish completely understood what I wanted and made it happen. I was beyond pleased, and their prices are much more reasonable than the others who tout themselves as the best, but actually are mediocre. Escada Salon is gorgeous, spacious and bright; the staff both warm, courteous and friendly. Aside from a superior color job (with foil highlights), cut and waxing, this place makes you feel at home…like they are part of your family. I would highly recommend everyone to give them a try. You won’t go back to your former salon!

Andrew is such a fantastic hairstylist! I absolutely LOVE how he highlights and styles my hair. I definitely recommend him for anyone that is looking for some gorgeous highlights! I am extremely particular about my hair and I can honestly say in the year that I have been having Andrew do my hair I have not been disappointed a single time! i had him color/cut my hair for my wedding this summer and my hair has never looked better. :) I just wish I would've been getting married in Richmond so he could have styled it for my big day as well. And last but not least, Andrew is an absolute sweetheart! The next time you need to get your hair done...highlights, cut, styling, whatever you may need, ask for Andrew and you will not be disappointed, I promise! :)

Ronnie is just amazing! He's thoughtful, he listens, he's honest, he's easy to talk to, and he cares about making you look your best. I'd moved from one hairsalon to another looking for someone who could cut fine, thick hair. When I first visited Ronnie, I had been wearing my hair "up" in a clip for a long time, having suffered repeated horrors with texturing scissors. Needless to say at my age the style wasn't flattering or professional. Ronnie listened to me and we had a thoughtful conversation of what style would look nice. Having a "real" conversation was unbelievable by itself. I let him take over and the results were fabulous! I have a "real" hairstyle now. I get a consistent cut every time and continuously get compliments on my hair. One friend I hadn't seen in some time called my hair "runway hair"! I've been loyal to Ronnie and Escada ever since, at least 3 years now. Go see Ronnie, be ready for honest feedback, and let him work his magic. You won't be disappointed.

I have told my best friend about Escada and now she is loyal customer as well! My neice goes to Bridget and adores her...she's the only one who cuts her hair. I've been going to Ronnie for 10 years and he is amazing. He chooses the style of cut and even the color of my hair because I trust him to make me beautiful! He takes great care in every customer who comes through his door and I love going to see him! I recommend Escada to anyone and everyone who will listen!

Thanks Ronnie for fixing my hair color!!!!! I was not totally happy with my highlights and color and you let me come in the day I called and fixed my problem!!! I have been coming to your salon for a year and will continue to do so! I so appreciate you and your employees!!!! You are all the best!!!!!!

Ronnie has been doing my hair for 18 years and I wouldn't use anyone else. He also does my husband's hair and my children's hair. He is top-notch, courteous and very professional. I am always extremely happy when leaving his salon. Highly recommend!
