Provided by YP.comI had heard about the option to buy and arrange my own wedding flowers at Vogue, so I decided to try it. What a mistake! After I picked out the flowers I would be using, I was vaguely waved towards a counter in the back. There was nothing there except the empty table- no clippers, no knives, no tape, no wire, not even any water. The employees were all too busy discussing their plans for the weekend to offer any assistance or even keep an eye on us. I arranged all the flowers for my reception with nothing but a pocket knife and the water from my water bottle. I was then told that there was no way they could possibly store them for me, and I would have to take them all immediately. They charged me for floral tape to wrap two stems together, and they charged me for a used box to put all the vases in. Half the flowers were dead by the next morning. When I tried to call and complain, I was told that they were not responsible for flowers once they left the shop. The prices, which I had been told were so wonderful, were much higher than they would have been at Kroger. I will never be going back there!
We apologize to Ursula for her bad experience, but don’t understand how we can have such a miscommunication. Every employee knows the company policies and deals with do-it-yourself -brides weekly, so we are at a loss in trying to explain how the things described in your review took place. We encourage any customer that has an unsatisfactory experience to discuss the problem with management immediately, so we may have a chance to correct the situation. We strive to meet every customer’s expectations and do not want anyone walking away unhappy. The option of brides doing their own wedding flowers is very popular and often takes place at Vogue Flowers. We offer the space and tools to work with, plus we store the flowers overnight in our coolers, however we do not deliver DIY arrangements. We can answer questions that come up, but do not help with the actual design. The bride pays for the flowers and supplies used such as wires, tape, picks, containers etc. Our policy regarding this is stated on our website. We would never charge for a cardboard box and always offer water for the arrangements. We stand behind the quality of our flowers and will replace any bad product within 48 hours.

Provided by YP.comMy boyfriend sends LOTS of flowers and they always come from the Richmond Downtown Vogue. They DO NOT disappoint! Each arrangment is different and each is breath takingly beautiful. This florist is an absolute must!

This is a must use flower shop!
